Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in payments to help build and scale our orchestration platform.  Working alongside our CTO the ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in web technologies, frameworks, and multiple programming languages including object orientated and scripting languages, strong understanding of AI/ML and how to implement AI strategies in a payments environment, a working knowledge of blockchain protocols for payments as well as deep knowledge of payment orchestration platforms and diverse payment methods, including credit cards and alternative payment methods (APMs) all gained from working within the payments industry or a large-scale merchant.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications in multiple languages.

• Develop both frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

• Build our second-generation payments orchestration platform.

• Implement AI/ML blacklisting and whitelisting technology to manage and mitigate risk from fraud.

• Integration of blockchain protocols for payment routing.

• Carrying out code reviews to ensure good development practices.

Payments Expertise:

• Collaborate with the payments team to implement, optimize, and scale payment orchestration platforms.

• Integrate and manage multiple payment methods, including credit cards and APMs (e.g., eWallets, BNPL, bank transfers, UPI).

• Ensure compliance with payment standards such as PCI-DSS and PSD2
